6.5g too small???? :)

No way! I love the dimensions on my new Nano tank.
6.5g Aquatop at 24x5.5x9”tall.

I did have plans to drill it, plumb it and give it a sump. But I decided to save the $$$ and just use a heater and a surface skimmer.
Stand came from my first SW tank. Light is a cheap Coralife with (1) Blueplus ATI bulb.
Going to do fresh top off manually til I find a cheap ATo. I have space for the reservoir so it’ll stay clean clean clean!

Lmk what y’all think I should put in here.

Shrimp only?
Nano fish?
Softies?

Depending on what your going to try to keep in it you re most likely going to need a heater and a flow. You might be able to get away with a tiny Azoo Mignon 150. Just going to have to sneak a tiny heater in the filter also. I’ve done this route many years back and worked. You just need to be mindful of what you put in the little system and don’t rush it. You cycle won’t start in the first day and won’t be complete for another month or so. Good Luck and Happy Reefing!

Appreciate the info. Gonna let it mature and put some easy coral In there once it’s ready.
I have a surface skimmer with some filter floss which has 100gph of flow and a 50w heater tucked back there.

Some behind the scenes pics.
