Aquarium Maintenance

I have a RedSea Reefer 170 mixed reef and would like to get someone to come by once a month and do a water change, water test and general cleaning/maintenance.

With 2 toddlers taking up all my time/energy I have started neglecting the tank.

Do you have any recommendations?
