AquaSD cannot get it together!

That account was just made yesterday sounds like asd
I live in New Orleans Louisiana, im positive the way i talk, sounds nothing like ASD, regardless if i made this account yesterday or not, it would be impossible to come to that conclusion, but one thing I can tell you is to gather some information fist before you assume who may or may not sound like ASD, that way the information that you are putting out is correct. We stand 10 toes down on the post that we put about our great experience that we had with ASD thank you, have a blessed day

Hey @mmailey I see you've had a positive experience with aqua sd recently can u share what corals u got? Pictures or anything appreciated. Just wondering because I see your account was created 30 minutes before this response and this is your only post. so just trying to verify a review, thank you. Also welcome to the forum. We love to see pics of new members' tanks, please share.
So I'm confused about this forum. I leave a positive review about something that my wife and I experienced, and it's not believable, it's ridiculed. And now I must be ASD and truthfully, I'm trying to keep my composure here. I thought this would be a great place to join am i wrong? So is this platform only for negativity if so, I'll sign out, make it make sense. Please have a blessed day

This is the internet. It was built to sh1t on people anonymously.

Im very aware of that, but in New Orleans, we don't do this. Im just trying to figure out if negative reviews are the only thing you can leave here because apparently positivity doesn't matter. And thank you for responding , have a blessed day

Sounds like my experience a little while back and why I haven’t been back. They had me waiting for over an hour after my pick up time and then didn’t have 2 of the coral I won the bids on. Didn’t offer any kind of discount or an apology for the inconvenience either. IMO I really don’t think they care about the locals, all they care about is there online customers.

certainly not. Glad you had multiple good experiences and wouldn’t take that away- I’m gathering it was online. Your timing was rough as asd was purposefully bumping their sales threads which pushed hobbyists communication down; quite literally when someone posted something new, asd would come right behind them and pimp their sales thread; they are still practicing this on r2r but in that forum the sponsors are kept in a sponsor section so it has gone mostly unnoticed. The behavior of continually pushing their sales thread above hobbyists left a bad taste in mouths. Hobbyists get banned for that behavior; seeing that they haven’t bumped their sales thread… I’m gathering it finally caught up with them.

There was a time where ASD was the de facto coral shop in SD. They may have pioneered the eBay auctions, definitely my first eBay coral experience. The previous location was around multiple shops so you would see the same people in both places making the rounds. As you can see local service has fallen off and this community is not afraid to call it like they see it.

Hope that gives you more context- Have a blessed day

If you live in New Orleans why would you join a San Diego Forum or even know about it? You dont have the same experience locals have with ASD and its odd that you keep on posting.

I appreciate you communicating with us . We
have been to the shop when we were in San Diego. But we were confused. Because we left the positive Post about how we were treated by ASD and we immediately had to defend what we experienced. That by far was one of the strangest reactions that we have ever got for stating our experience with any business that was positive, by what we can see the new owners are trying to work out and correct all of the negative feedback that the store has gotten in the past It's unfortunate That they have to deal with all that negativity That's why we put up a post about our experience.

Because I come out there often I have family out in san diego and the reason why I keep posting is because I keep getting replies so I'm replying back. That's all all this started over us.Having positive experience with a coral store i know about this forum because of my brother that lives out there, But my uncle, aunt cousins and some other family members live in and around the San Diego area but I thought this forum was here to post thank you have a blessed day
