Anyone else having issues with Aquasd since the move? I attempted to pickup an order over the weekend and they didn't have the coral. This is the third time it has happened to me since they have moved.

Apparently they need a new numbering system...

No, but I buy my frozen food there and I expect to wait for someone to help me. Seems like theres always someone sitting at the counter but by the lack of concern while I stand there, he's probably the internet sales guy or some function other than front counter retail sales. Regardless, if someone's function isn't to acknowledge customers, then he prob shouldnt sit in front of customers.

It doesnt bother me. Just an observation.

I went to pick up a coral a month or more ago and it was missing? It was an interesting plate coral, unique, and they didn't know if it had died or walked away. The new store with the huge back room doesn't have the same friendly vibe that the older locations have had, imo. I'm a bit worried about the situation but don't see any solution box other than here where I can make a comment, so here it is.

Ordered 2 different bowerbankis online, come to find out they gave me 2 of the same kind. I had to call and drive back to swap frags. I forgot who I spoke to but he was pretty cool and let me choose whichever bower I wanted from their farm in the back.

I've had nothing but great experiences. I call in to pick up my ebay orders all the time. Kaleb is always the go to man. I dont know any of the other guys now, but Kaleb always gets my orders ready in 30 minutes.

I’ve ordered from the website quite a bit, I’ve never had any issues. I just call ahead in advance and have always received what I’ve purchased.

Wait there’s a back room? ;) new place is definitely geared more towards internet sales. Unfortunate because I used to impulse shop there. Never been invited to peruse the back so I just get my frozen and head to alesmith. I do miss the way it was.

The last location had an upstairs area bigger than the main sales area. If you wanna peruse the new aquaculture facility in the rear just ask someone they will show you around. This wasn't the case at the last store. If you wanted something upstairs they would go grab it for you.

This store is definitely more geared towards the online market though. Many of the corals in the back are already posted online and the prices are fixed as such. People pay stupid crazy money for tiny coral frags online.
