Hood for 180g

Does anyone know a good place to get a hood made for a 180g tank. I need to do something about all this light spillage. For giggles I built a cardboard "hood" to see how much it would help and I was instantly sold. I have a euro braced tank so it's fine to sit on the tank. Actually if it had a small 2" overhang that would be nice so the waterline would be hidden. Local would be great but I'll consider having it shipped.

I made my own out of aluminum angles and reversible chalk/markerboard. Hung that to the ceiling with link chain. I used Velcro to attach the board to the frame, worked great. Plus side was you can write your test results on it and just wipe off if you need to. All from home depot.

Thats an interesting idea. I was leaning toward aluminum T-Slot and panels. I did print out some "light shades" that fit the XR30s and it seems to be a good temp solution.
