We recently had a customer who has repeatedly attempted to defraud us through chargebacks.
This individual placed several orders earlier this year. The first orders (plumbing parts and a doser) were delivered without issue. However, he later placed an order for a used MP60 under a different name and email address. While the package was still in transit with the shipping carrier, he filed a chargeback. He made no attempt to contact us regarding any issues and did not respond to emails or calls.
Despite providing clear proof of shipment and delivery attempts, his credit card company sided with him. He has since tried to place additional orders under multiple names and emails, all of which have been blocked.
This past Saturday, he filed chargebacks on two more orders (dated May 10th and May 18th). If approved, he will have fraudulently obtained approximately $1,500 worth of merchandise.
He has used the following names and details:
